Shawata also collects information through the use of “cookies.” Generally, cookies are small data files that are stored on a hard drive at the request of a website to enable the website to recognize pervious visitors and pull-up that user’s preferences or other information.

THESE AREAS ARE TRULY PRIVATE, AND ARE NOT REVIEWED BY SHAWATA OR THE ORGANIZATION UNLESS SHAWATA OR THE ORGANIZATION REASONABLY BELIEVES ACCESS AND REVIEW OF SUCH AREAS AND INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO PREVENT OR REDUCE HARM OR LIABILITY. USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO SUCH ACCESS AND REVIEW FOR THE PURPOSES DESCRIBED HEREIN.
